Michelle's performance exceeded my expectations especially in a year of a Global Pandemic. The transaction was initiated and closed electronically. From meeting on Zoom to all closing document, the transaction was seamless. Michelle provided regular statistical reports relating to online marketing efforts which was helpful in assessing the current asking price and trends in the market.
