Nutshell: Michelle showed deep knowledge, useful contacts, courteous patience, and strong advocacy in helping us purchase a home in Osoyoos, resulting in a very satisfactory low-stress outcome. Details: Although our circumstances presented some special challenges and required extra steps on Michelle's part, she did an excellent job of leading us through the process of reviewing properties, understanding the market, networking with financial and legal experts, and recommending other service providers who could make it work for us to purchase and furnish a home that suits our needs. We give her an "outstanding" rating for taking all the extra steps involved in the whole transaction.
