Michelle was the best realtor we have had the pleasure of dealing with. She sold my dad's house quickly and for more than what he was expecting. From the first meeting, she was prepared, had done the research on other comparable houses in the area and suggested a listing price. She provided great advice on how to prepare the house for sale and brought in an excellent photographer which highlighted the features of the house. They did a great job marketing the house and there was multiple showings within hours of listing. She was always available for questions, got back to us in a timely manner and checked in on a regular basis to see how we were doing. Michelle definitely goes above and beyond for her clients and we would highly recommend her and her team. Looking forward to working with her again when it's time to sell our own house!
