Working with Michelle was a great experience. It had been 15 years since we sold our previous home and were a bit nervous as the market had changed a lot. She was very patient and helped guide us through the process of selling our home with ease. Through her expertise, we were able to price our house right and it sold very quickly. Negotiations were swift but Michelle was able to help us get a sale price we were very happy with as well as a longer than normal possession date which was key. It was nice as well that even after the sale, Michelle would check in with us regularly to see if we needed anything or if she could help in any way. Thank you, Michelle, for helping us through this and for always “having our backs”. We would, without hesitation, recommend working with Michelle!

Michelle is fabulous realtor! We wanted to sell our home and had a very short timeline. She gave us great advice on what she felt needed to be done to get our home on the market. Once the house was ready, she set us up with a stager who gave us some very valuable advice in setting up our home. Michelle and her crew came in and made our house look like a show home and we sold in 10 days. I can't thank her enough for her outstanding knowledge and professionalism! We couldn't have done it without her.

Michelle was fantastic to work with! (this is an understatement, she was amazing!) When I moved to Langdon I had no prior knowledge of the area and Michelle filled me in on everything. She was very honest and helpful and made my first time home purchase experience very pleasant and welcoming. She took care of me like I was her family and always made sure that everything was good, and that I understood everything. She replied to phone calls, text messages and emails promptly and always answered any questions that I had. She made sure that I knew that she was always available if I had any issues or questions. I would recommend Michelle if you are interested in purchasing a home. She will take very good care of you and her knowledge and expertise of real estate will blow you away.

Michelle is very pleasant, friendly, fun, honest, knowledgeable and professional. She was easy to contact and always willing to help in anyway we needed. The backup people in the RE/Max office are not quite as detailed, but we couldn't have asked for a better agent! She represented both sides of the transaction, seller/buyer, and did it brilliantly. The whole experience of the house purchase, I'm certain, was far above standard.
