In hindsight, the ultimate decision to purchase any property is the buyers decision. Having said this, I recommend to all buyers and their realtors, to be extremely cautious if the property is owned by any finance company. No matter if it's an "as is, where is" listing, your offer should always be subject to lawyer approval and a home inspection. IF not, do not get involved in a pricing "war" ..... walk away and keep looking. Now IF you are prepared to find hidden surprises inevitably becoming disasters that will cost you money + you have an endless supply of this money to replace, repair, demolish and start over, then, I wish you well. It's not necessarily the material costs but the labour costs that can/do get totally exorbitant. All in all, Michelle was great to work with. She is a customer oriented realtor. Does not take long to know what her clients are looking for or not. Very passionate about her profession and providing her customers with the best possible experience that she can. AND yes, yes 👍🏻 she can get a joke, within reason of course!!!! Would definitely recommend her to any buyer or seller. Thank you Michelle. It was a pleasure and fun to work with you.
