Mike was an exceptional real estate professional to work with. From the first time we met him, we felt extremely at ease and like we would be well taken care of, and that feeling persisted through the entire sale. As first time home buyers we were not educated at all about the home buying process and Mike made it a point to make sure we knew exactly what was going on at every step. He gradually educated us about the process during the search so when it came down to making an offer we felt like we already knew what the next steps were going to look like. That gave us a lot of peace of mind and confidence that we were making the right decision. What set Mike apart for us the most was his desire to make sure we made the right decision for us, not necessarily the fastest or most expensive one. He became an expert at getting us to look at the downsides of each house as much as the positives when we would get over excited about a showing. This was so important because there were a lot of times that we were unsure of ourselves and Mike kept us (mostly me!) sane, calm, and optimistic about making the right choice. We were extremely happy that we got the opportunity to work with Mike and he helped us find the perfect home for our needs. We cannot recommend him or his team enough for a painless and easy home buying process!

Mike was so awesome! Was very patient with our needs and very considerate of only showing us places that fit our budget and practical for our situation, because my husband is in a unique accessible needs situation. He made the process easy and simple for our 1st time home buyers. Also gave us referrals for helping us through the transaction. Hes personable and we consider him one our friends now 😊
