We were new to the area and had an idea of where we wanted to live. Lucky for us Michael Pollard was available to meet us in the country so he could help with our search for our perfect place. Michael was very accommodating as we were out of town clients, planned each day maximizing our time, helped with all the inspections as again being out of town we did not know the local tradesmen. At close helped with accountants, insurance and lawyers ... a one stop resource one could not ask for more. We were so happy with his service we used him again for an investment property.
