Mike is a fantastic realtor, and truly excellent at what he does. Throughout the process of my sale, Mike kept up excellent and clear communication, and was always thinking ahead about what might happen next and how to prepare for it. He thinks of every possible detail that a buyer or a seller might need or want to know. Mike answered every question I had through the process with ease and skill, and always took the time ensure I understood. Mike is extremely thorough in his research and his knowledge of the market and applies this carefully to the entire process. I highly recommend Mike for any real estate transaction!

Mike sold our condo in December this year, in a week! We have now had 10 sales/purchases with Mike over the last 15 years and we couldn’t imagine ever using anyone else. Mike is organized, has a very distinct marketing plan, and it works every time. He has supported us through different ideas in real estate, researching for us and tirelessly finding out details that help our decisions.
