I’ve worked with Michael Graber for over 10 years now, buying four homes, selling three, and renting out my condo, and he’s been incredible every single time. He gets to know what I’m looking for quickly and only sends me the places that truly fit my needs. His structural engineering background has helped me so much; I get useful insights during showings that most people only learn after an inspection. We discussed selling my condo and chose not to at the time, but a year later, he told me it's a good time and we sold so well that we were able to buy a townhouse. Michael has supported me in homeownership in other ways too, pointing out repairs that may be required (that I didn't know about) when looking at a home, or recommending contractors when I didn't know anyone (only when I asked!) The biggest difference I found with Michael is that he's very responsive and trustworthy. I know I can count on his advice to help with my sale or purchase even when it's not quite in his job description, and when something is urgent, I know it's easy to get a hold of him. Without Michael, I probably wouldn't own a family home today, and I'm very grateful for that.
