<p>Michael recently helped us sell our dad’s house. This was an unexpected turn of events and neither my sister nor I live in the area, so there was a lot of work to do and it was tricky to coordinate. Michael guided us gently through the process of moving, decluttering, staging, etc., always being considerate of our availabilities and preferences. He made sure things happened as quickly as possible without ever rushing us. When the time came to sell, Michael negotiated very effectively on our behalf and we ended up getting a great price for the house.
