Had a positive experience with Green Hedge Realty buying a condo downtown Toronto. Working with Michael was very easy. Quick to reply to any questions you may have along the way. Knowledgeable about the downtown area, and like others have said in their reviews doesn’t pressure you into placing offers, etc. He definitely wants you to choose the property that is right for you, and will see more properties to make sure you find the one that’s right for you. The Cashback offer is also great, and definitely seems competitive compared to other cashback offers available.
