Micah worked tirelessly in getting our home sold. And it paid off! We were able to sell our home in record time on the market and with her help we priced our home right. Have to say it was a pleasure to have her as our realtor. This is the third property she sold for us, that says a lot.

I was so very happy to have Micah as my recommended realtor . Micah was professional , so very knowledgeable went over and above to help me in my purchase and my sale . She staged my condo to look like a magazine cover ! Micah kept in touch every step of the way and even helped by storing my rubbermaid containers for moving . I would recommend Micah in a heart beat she was as professional personable and knowledgeable & helpful & a fabulous realtor as my dad was in his 45 years of having his own agency. .

Micha Hudson was our realtor for our condo and initially we found her very friendly, approachable, and personal like many of the posts stated. She even shared her faith in God with us and she knew we had a faith in God which made us feel even more comfortable with her and this made us feel that we could trust her as our realtor. Initially I had NO furniture in our condo- meaning no dining room table in our dining room area and no couch, and I said to Micah Hudson, “ Don't you think that no furniture in our living room space makes our condo look bigger without the furniture?” Micah agreed with me. At that time when we had no furniture in our condo and when Micah was showing potential clients our condo, we did not get an offer. Then on top of that our plans changed and we decided at the time not to move. Then about two months later we decided we did want to move so we resigned a contract with Micah. At that point a friend had given me a couch, coffee table and a lovely dining room set. When Micah came to our condo and saw the furniture then she tells us that it looks so much better and that she had a hard time selling our condo because potential buyers had a hard time conceptualizing if there was enough room for a couch and dining room set since it was initially barren. I was upset to say the least. Then she told us that she wanted to stage our condo and add some photos and plants to make it look more homey but yet she never suggested any staging initially. She also told us she was planning to post our condo in the Penticton Herald but she never suggested that initially which upset me further. Furthermore I had written up my own expose of my condo and taken a lot of my photos. I had a picture of our master bedroom that showed the mirrors on the large closet door and I told her that I wanted this photo on the listing since the mirrors made my bedroom look bigger. She said that mirrors do not make your room look bigger which I found odd and was erroneous. Interesting considering she is a realtor and did not know this basic fundamental perspective of how mirrors ENLARGE a place. Secondly she asked me a number of times if I wanted an opening house but because it was so cold outside, I would tell her that maybe it was not a good idea since less people may not want to come and look for a condo to buy. I had asked her what her opinion was and she just agreed with me. My friends were telling me that as my realtor she should be having opening house no matter what the temperature is outside and that she was being lazy. At that point I sent her a message telling her that no matter what the temperature is outside I want an open house no matter what. One time Micah had an opening house at 11:00am and never sent me a text message to let me know how it went so I sent her a message 7 HOURS after the open house and asked her how it went and told her that I should not have to send her a text message when she is my realtor. Her response was that no one showed up so she did not feel it warranted a test message. At which point I messaged her back and said that either way she should have sent us a text message to see how it went. I sent her a message that she neglected to stage my condo and that she gave the false impression that it was okay not to stage our condo and that it made our condo look bigger, and then later she said it made a difference that our condo was staged and would help to sell our condo. Both my husband and I found Micah Hudson lazy and we requested to be released from the contract but she held us for the 3 months even though she was negligent and we found her service unacceptable and unprofessional. We found Micah Hudson manipulative, and dishonest and we were not pleased with her services. We would NOT RECOMMEND MICAH for a realtor.
