Meta went out of her way to assist us by travelling down to Chemainus on at least 3 occasions to facilitate our purchase. Meta also supported us with the agent in Salmon Arm in selling our property there. Although Chemainus was not in her immediate area she was very professional and didn’t hesitate to assist us. Meta also gave us great advice during the negotiation period on how we should approach the offer on the property, which included a “subject to the sale of our Salmon Am property” clause.

We were initially looking in the Comox Valley, but changed our preference to Campbell River. Even though this was much further away for her, she always travelled to meet us at homes to view!
