You can always tell how much one loves their job by the service they render. I was a first time home buyer with little knowledge of the process of buying a home. Meryl guided me through the process from the beginning until the very end making what seemed overwhelming and impossible, easy and seamless. Meryl was very knowledgeable, was able to help pick out the perfect spot for me and my family and help me find answers to all my queries. Meryl was extemely efficient and a strong negotiator. Meryl was a joy to deal with! She is friendly, knowledgeable, diligent and very patient. We must have seen over 100 houses with her and put in at least 5 or more offers which resulted in some heartache due to the crazy housing market in 2022 & and first half of 2023. If we were serious about a house, Meryl would do her due diligence by researching on the houses that were sold over the last 60 days, pull land title etc. She would provide her recommendation on the price to come in at based on the property, the market and her research.
