I HAVE USED MELODY KILBANKS SERVICES MORE THAN A DOZEN TIMES AND SHE ALWAYS GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR EVERY BUY AND SELL. I HAVE ALSO RECOMMENDED HER TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. SHE IS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Melody helped us buy a house and then helped sell our former residence, a large townhouse condominium. She is a true professional, doing what she says she will do, being on time for appointments, and sharing her knowledge and expertise with us. Melody is very personable, we enjoyed our conversations (more like visits) with her very much. Melody knows Edmonton's west end better than she knows the south side, but that's not to say she doesn't know south Edmonton, and these weren't big issues in either the sale or purchase.

Melody knows the market well. Gives excellent advice and answers all your questions and assists you all the way. We highly recommend her.
