Simply spectacular experience! Melissa just seemed to know the right combinations to get the most for our sale. Purchasing needed to work seamlessly and she delivered beyond any exceptions, no matter the time of day.

It was by chance that I was referred to Melissa from another realtor, and boy was I glad this happened!! It was because of Melissa I found the house of my dreams and I am forever greatful. Melissa's knowledge and experience are bar none which is no surprise to see her numerous top producer awards and other accolades. When we weren't out looking at houses, she was always working in the background and keeping me in the loop of matters. And as any small problem came up, she always had a solution in short order to keep my anxiety at bay. Despite her busy work schedule, and #momlife as she would say, she always found time to answer all of my questions, no matter how insignificant, and guided me through the entire process start to finish in spendid fashion. Melissa is a kind and caring person with an amazing spirit, and her pleasant demeanor and positive attitude made for a fun and exciting experience. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone looking to buy/sell a house!!

I couldn’t wait to write Melissa a review, and we only just waived conditions of the purchase of our new home this afternoon. Melissa is kind, genuine, smart, and extremely hard-working. We were referred to her by a friend of a friend who absolutely raved about how wonderful Melissa is. We now know why! She has made the process of buying our first home as stress free as possible. She actually found our dream home 24hours after meeting her. Talk about efficiency! Melissa is helped guide us every step of the way- even referring us to a mortgage broker, lawyer, and home inspector (all of whom have been FANTASTIC). I feel like we have been truly blessed to cross paths with Melissa when we did, and we consider ourselves very fortunate to have gone through this process with her. I HIGHLY recommend Melissa to friends and family... we will continue to work with her in the years to come.
