As a Military Member, Melissa knew we had very little time to find our next house. She listened to what we were looking for, researched and provided us online resources that made our house search easier. The week of our house hunting trip she set the entire week aside for us. She knew each neighborhood to look at, which to avoid, locations outside Edmonton and took our wishes into consideration. We looked at over 10 houses each day and after each, Melissa narrowed down into what we were actually looking for and eventually we found 3 excellent houses that met all our needs. She then continued to research the market and ensured that the advice she provided about price and market value was back up with facts as military members also have to think about resale value. She was a great negotiator and told us straight about what was fair and potentially causes for concern. As a person Melissa is very friendly, outgoing and overall very personable. She was there anytime we had a question and got back to us promptly she even did a vedio call with us just to meet her prior to our arrival in Edmonton. After the purchase she followed up with us and how we were getting along in our house. I can not recommend Melissa enough! This was only our second purchase of a house. Even though we had 100s of houses to choose from, Melissa made it a fun experience to widdle it down to just three and then one. Melissa was very knowledgeable about the various neighbourhoods in Edmonton, their local businesses and price range, and helped us pick the right neighbourhood. She helped us find the right condo that met our “need list” and “wish list”. She was also available, even for last minute showings. We saw places the day they came on the market and she sent us numerous listings to check out. We’ll be using her again when we sell.
