It always struck me as being reliable, informative and straightforward so when it came time to get serious about selling, I called her. It was a pleasure to work with Melissa. She told me exactly what she was going to do and what I should expect and she was right about everything. She answered all of my questions, dealt with my concerns promptly and effectively, and was kind when I was a bit of a nervous nelly. I can’t think of anything Melissa could have done better.</p>
