Right from the beginning Melissa was motivated to help me find what was right for me. We shared a lot of laughs, looked at a lot of homes and she helped me step by step through this whole process. This helped me put my fears of what I thought would be a daunting task at ease. Melissa was able to answer all my questions, as well as go above and beyond in a very short amount of time. As a first time home buyer, I would absolutely recommend her services to anyone.

My wife and I are very happy we met Melissa! Melissa went above and beyond in helping me purchase my home. I was actually abroad in the United States and cpuld not be local for much of the process. She was patient and offered lots of knowledge about the area and home/price trends. I feel she got me a great deal in the negotiating part as well!!
