We have worked with Melissa a few times now over the last decade and she is incredibly resourceful and knowledgeable. We could probably be considered difficult or high-needs clients, but she has always been welcoming and accommodating to all of our requests without batting an eye and has always been very responsive. Very friendly and professional. We have referred several family members to her because she has been so wonderful to us over the years. 10/10 would (and have) work with her again!
