Melissa is an absolute pro and made the entire process of selling our home smooth, quick and seamless. Her advice is solid and spot-on. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and conducts herself with a high degree of professionalism, integrity, warmth, and yes, as it is sometime needed, even with a bit of humour. I do not even know where to begin. Melissa is, quite simply, outstanding. From our first meeting, she proved herself to be personable, highly knowledgeable, experienced, and responsive. Communicating with her throughout the process was so easy - there was simply no stress in trying to reach her if we had any concerns. She promptly addressed questions or concerns, and when she didn't know the answer, she commited to finding the answer efficiently and thoroughly. She truly LISTENED to us and held our best interests close, vouching for them in any moment where it was necessary. We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with another realtor who was the polar opposite of Melissa, with whom communicating was challenging and unnecessarily difficult. Melissa handled this with a calm and cool head, always remaining professional yet firm. Furthermore, we initially had our sights set on a property that wasn't the right fit. Melissa helped us understand this in a way that respected our perspective, while also providing her sharp eye for detail and in a way to help teach us about property purchasing/selling. I am so grateful she was able to steer us away from that prospective property, because I can see with hindsight, she was absolutely correct. And instead, we were able to pivot and have found the most perfect fit. Melissa is such a gift - I would recommend her to ANYONE looking for a realtor (indeed, I am already trying to set my friends up with Melissa for their future transactions). Having just bought a property, I am very excited to turn towards selling my current property as it means more time spent with Melissa in the knowledge that it will be done properly and smoothly, while never losing sight of achieving the best possible value. If you need a realtor, Melissa should be your first go-to option. You will not regret it.
