It’s hard to even describe how much we enjoyed working with Melinda for both buying our new home and selling our old. Melinda was 10 steps ahead of the game throughout the entire process. When buying, she always made herself fully available for showings, acting extremely fast every time the situation called for it. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about each home we visited, yet never pushy in the slightest. She gave us space when needed… and offered advice when the time was right. When selling she streamlined the process for us, making the sale as simple and painless as possible. She also created a world class video showcasing our home, ultimately getting us a fantastic price in record time. In the future, I wouldn’t even think about using any other realtor.
