Melanie Boles was great. She came fully prepared to list my house. Comparable properties and prices were right in line with what I had to sell. Very friendly and always kept me informed with sufficient time for showings. Any questions were responded in a timely manner regardless of the time of day. I would strongly recommend her to anyone wishing to sell a property. Very thorough with her explanations and what was expected in order to sell my property. Great job Melanie.

Melanie was very approachable and forthcoming. We were able to contact here when we needed and enjoyed working with her. She was upfront about how she does business and we appreciated her communication style.

<p>Two things come to mind when dealing with Melanie, hard work and attention to detail. We had a set budget, a must have list and a wish list. Melanie didn't stop till we had everything we wanted and got it under our budget. Melanie was great to work with and we would highly recommend her to all our friends and family and to any first time buyers like us.
