I needed to sell a condo as art of an estate sale and was unsure as to the pricing and how to get the place ready for sale. I trusted Melanie as she knows the market and how to prepare the property for listing. We were out of the country at points during the process. Melanie stepped in, taking care of painting, staging and appliance installation in our absence. She has great contractors, all who did a professional job. The condo was priced to sell and on the first day we received multiple offers. The closing went quickly and flawlessly. Overall, it was great having Melanie at the helm. Her excellent communication and attention to details made for a much-appreciated, stress-free experience. Thanks again, Melanie, for your huge effort in giving our sale a happy ending.
