My wife and I have bought and sold numerous properties over the years and have always had good experiences with the agents that we've dealt with. But I have to say that the experience with Mehrdad was the best that we've ever had. The thing that stands out the most is that he listened, understood and truly cared about our needs. He did a great job of marketing our property and selling it within 6 days from our listing going live. Then panic mode set in as we knew it would be difficult to find options for temporary or permanent housing in the tight Halifax market. Within 2 weeks, Mehrdad had found an amazing lake front property for us, at a very fair price and rapidly closed the deal for us. We have already recommended Mehrdad to several of our friends that are in the market to sell and/or buy.
