As I was extremely unfamiliar with real estate, she took the wheel while explaining any details I was unfamiliar with. Her English is also very good so we had no trouble in communicating. Everything was done online since it was my preference, other than the in person inspections and I had little to do except for reading and signing documents. In other words, she is a fantastic agent.
