Answered our questions finding out what we liked and didn't like to narrow down the search. Guided and supported in offers of purchase and conditions. Provided insights into properties and areas. Then brought us to the dream home. Even though I didn't think it would be in our range when offers started to come in. She kept in front of this and. when the circumstances changed she was there with advice, negotiation with seller and their agent. Sdhe advised what to offer and then worked with the other agent to make it happen at our offered price. Thank you to May. We are in our dream home I smile everytime I walk up the driveway. The neighbours and street are great and always have a good morning greeting. May stopped by after we closed and moved in to say hi and see how we were going in our new home.
