Maxwell is the epitome of 5 stars! His warm personality is matched only by his professionalism. His expertise in the Calgary real estate market was evident from our first meeting. He provided a detailed analysis of the market trends and helped us understand the whole first-time home buying process very patiently. Throughout our home buying journey, Maxwell was incredibly communicative. He promptly answered all our calls and texts. He was always on time for appointments and came prepared with all the comparable to more then 50 viewings with us. As a first-home buyer, we valued Maxwells patience a lot. He took time to understand our preferences and lifestyle, evident when he found us home in a kid-friendly neighborhood close to our preferred school, matching everything on our Wishlist! Max helped us every step of the way in finding our dream home, both in person and via text/emails/calls, which was so valuable to my fiancé and I as first-time homebuyers from out of province. After searching for several months and viewing many listings in person, Max was always prepared with comparables, history, was very thorough with pointing out potential issues during visits, both within the home and around, providing details about the surrounding areas and key information which wasn't always apparent at a glance. We got to know Calgary and its neighbourhoods, and after working with us for a little bit we were able to hone in on our favourite neighbourhoods and house styles to buy. Max always made himself available to answer questions at all hours, even if it wasn't expected. We ended up finding an amazing deal for our absolute dream house that luckily came up thanks to Max's recommendation. Our house search couldn't have been any better. Thank you Max!
