<p>Matt helped me purchase my home in the summer of 2017. I dealt with Matt for a number of months leading up to the transaction as I like to heavily research and prepare before I make a decision. Matt was always patient, courteous, and helpful. He had the necessary information and took the time to provide thoughts, comments and analysis of possible properties. He gave me the details I needed and helped keep me on track. Matt regularly displayed experience and knowledge well beyond his years.</p> <p>When it came time for action, we were caught in a heavy seller's market. Matt remained positive and determined but never encouraged any rash decisions. He was swift and proactive when needed, and was a key difference maker when it came to the negotiations and closing the deal.</p> <p>Matt is a wonderful balance of friendly and professional. I have zero reservations in recommending Matt to others. I am extremely happy with my home, and Matt is a big reason I am in this home now.</p>

<p>Great exposure of our listing with plenty of showings but due to our home being in a rural area there were lots of unexpected issues that caused delays. We were able to work with Matt to get the issues corrected and our home sold. Rural listings seemed to be more of a challenge due to his lack of experience but should improve with time especially after all the issues with the sale of our home.</p>
