This was a great experience working with Matt Quinn. We took our time and interviewed a few teams prior to our decision to list our house with Matt. The entire process was efficient and very effective. He understood us well as sellers and took the time to ensure we were entirely engaged and had full understanding of the process. Working with his team, he ensured our sales process was maximized with all necessary supports ( staging, photography and videography). Marketing our property to ensure great exposure and interest. Matt is a very knowledgeable person in the field of real estate. He is always available or will respond within 1 hour of your message or call. He is very friendly and polite person to talk too in regards to any real estate questions. We were a first time home buyer and luckily we got a good deal with him on the first offer we made. I would strongly recommend to work with Matt as he will go beyond to meet your expectations.
