Matt Kopan listed and sold my townhouse in Sun at 72 in Clayton Heights and helped me buy my dream acreage in Mission! This is something I've wanted for a long time and being on a limited budget, I wasn't sure if it would ever become reality, and I am so happy with how everything worked out with Matt's help! From the first time I spoke with him, he helped me come up with a solid game plan in order to achieve my goal and in the way that worked best for my situation. He was with me every step of the way on both the listing of my place, to house hunting through many many properties in order to finally find the right one. I am so glad I had Matt as my expert on hand to help me navigate all that and to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting myself into. After we found the right property, Matt negotiated extremely hard on my behalf and was able to get me an unbelievable $220,000 off of the asking price. He recommended top notch professionals to get all my inspections done and to make sure I did all my due diligence properly. I just moved in 2 days ago and I am so happy and proud of my new home!
