After meeting you at an open house in the area, we presented you with an exhaustive list of criteria and deal breakers for what we were looking for (that admittedly eliminated many of the properties in our price range). You responded with reassurance and confidence and almost immediately presented us with multiple options - one of which was our future home. Our timing in finding this home was uncanny and you expertly led us through the process of putting together an offer and negotiated amazingly on our behalf on a property that most definitely had multiple interested parties. You continued to give us advice throughout the subject period - about the process, recommended professionals (lawyers, home inspectors), even paint colours! Matt came to me with a strategy to get out of my town home which we’ve outgrown and into a detached with a suite. He put the plan into action and before we knew it he had sold our townhouse for 114% of the asking price and helped us buy a lovely home on a 1/4 acre lot.
