Mattin was extremely helpful to us as first time home buyers. He was patient, kind and understanding. He was very accommodating to our needs and went out of his way to ensure the process went smoothly. I specifically appreciated his ability to walk us through what we needed to look for during the home buying process. For example, he would help us understand what we should check when touring an older build, v.s a newer build etc. This is an expertise I don't have so it was extremely helpful. furthermore, he helped us with what a reasonable offer would look like and ensured we did not overpay.
