Mattin was excellent throughout the process. He made sure to understand what we were looking for, and tailored his feedback during each walk-through to answer our questions and concerns. Mattin worked with our schedules no matter what our availability for showings was. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to buy a house! If we decide to move again he will be the first person I call.

Mattin is an amazing #1 class act real estate agent. It was a positive experience two times from start to finish working with Mattin. Both of my sons have been assisted by Mattin for their first-time home buying. From the first time I had a conversation with Mattin a few years ago while looking for real estate agent, I became so impressed and comfortable with his professional, yet personal mannerism. My sons also developed the same feeling when they met Mattin. Both my sons and myself were not familiar with all the details that come with purchasing a new home for the first time. Mattin informed and explained every step of the way. He was prompt (within minutes) to answer any questions or concerns they had at any time of day or night. If he did not know the answer, he would find one and get right back to them. During deal time, we know Mattin was on their side and did whatever he could to get the best deal possible. One of the most impressive characteristics of Mattin is he informs you and gives you all details and possible scenarios; he asks you what you think or how you're feeling, but he never put pressure on either my sons to make a decision they were not comfortable with. He was more concerned about how comfortable they were with what they wanted to do than get the deal over and done with. I could write so many more positive comments about Mattin. We have complete trust Mattin was working to get the best home for the best price possible. We would highly recommend Mattin!!!
