We had the realtors in the past but it wasn’t the same as Matthew Dekort. He is the best of the best realtor we’ve ever worked with, hard working and very knowledgeable. During the hot housing market season, it took us over 6 months until we found the home of our dreams and he was there all along to help us out. Days and nights he was there looking at homes, it was easy to give up because everything was gone on the market so quickly, we kept going and going until we found the home. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a dedicated realtor to help find the right home for you.

From the listing and sale of my home though the search for and finalization of my new home purchase Matt has provided exceptional service. His attention to detail and advise on all aspects of both sale and purchase have been most beneficial. With him working closely with his partner Jo, it's a winning combination.

Matthew is an extremely knowledgeable and talented real estate agent. He took us to countless houses, and was constantly updating what he was showing us using our feedback from previous showings. When the time came to negotiate price, he did an insane amount of work pulling information on comparable, and got us the best price he could on the purchase. I would 100% recommend Matthew to anyone who wants an honest, extremely hardworking, and professional real estate agent. This man will not stop until you are completely happy in your dream home.
