My family just moved to Sherwood Park from BC and Matt was amazing throughout the whole process! He took us around for some showings months before our move to see our likes, dislikes, and get a feel for what we were looking for. He was always in contact with us regarding the sale of our house in BC and going out of his way to help us with tips for selling our house. So thankful for Matt and his help throughout the entire process. 10/10 would recommend using him as your realtor!

Matt is extremely knowledgeable and has fantastic communication skills, he listened to what I needed, set up parameters and made suggestions for my own personal home search. He was a pleasure to work with and was adaptable to my situation (I work out of town with very little time home to view properties) I ended up buying a house sight unseen and he facilitated this with a high level of professionalism and worked with me through every step even though I was on the other side of the country at the time. I had been looking for a home for 3years prior to Matt being my realtor (I'm very picky) as soon as I worked with Matt I found the house of my dreams in under 2 months. He is very efficient, easy to work with and able to advise you on things you may not have thought of yourself yet. If you are in need of a realtor Matt is your guy! He is exceptional at his job, 100% recommend him to my friends and family - and to anyone who will listen!

I had a good experience working with Matt, he is friendly and professional. Was very good during negotiations and very on point with offer amounts. Knows when to step up the offer for those competitive properties, or get you a deal on the less competitive ones.
