My mother listed her townhouse with Matthew last fall. Matthew was very patient in explaining the process (to my elderly, hard of hearing mother). The townhouse was listed and Matthew was aggressive in marketing the townhouse, with multiple open houses, as well as providing an excellent online marketing presence. (Old and new school). Multiple offers were generated in the first month, but unfortunately the first offer that we accepted collapsed at the 11th hour. After discussing the situation with Matthew we agreed to continue to market the unit without changes, and yet another offer came through shortly thereafter. Getting that offer across the finish line was accomplished smoothly with Matthew’s attention to detail. Matthew is not “Just a Salesman”, but a realtor who genuinely cares about his clients. Each offer was discussed, weekly reports from realtors and purchasers were provided. At the end of the day we were happy with the price obtained (97% of asking price and 130,000 over a low ball bully offer). I would have no reservations in recommending Mathew to any potential buyers and sellers. Patrick McAllister
