It was such a pleasant experience working with Matt. His professional insights helped me narrowed down my choices and I am very happy with my new home. He worked very hard to ensure I can get the offer accepted and also negotiated a lower price. Matt is very knowledgeable and professional, his passion for real estate can be felt in every conversation. He is very effective when it comes to negotiation but doesn't come off as pushy. Seeing his listings I was thinking Matt only works with luxury homes and will send someone like a teammate to deal with my condo purchase but no, he showed up and called me everyday to give me updates and strategies on what to do. The first thing that comes to mind when I think of Matt, is that he was a Godsend to me! I am a small-town person living out of province who, due to a death in the family, suddenly found myself in North Vancouver with the task of selling three homes, all with tenants in them. Frankly, it was overwhelming… until I interviewed Matt as a potential real estate agent. I connected with him immediately. He was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and took as much time as needed to explain all the processes to me. He came well-prepared with a sales plan and the backup research supporting his recommended listing prices. But Matt doesn’t stop there. After he got the listings, he made it a point to meet with each of the tenants and was always available to them as well, calming their concerns, making sure their interests were also considered when dealing with potential buyers. He is an amazing person, always thinking of the people involved, always keeping everyone up-to-date on what was happening. And he is so darn friendly and approachable, you just want to take him home to meet your family! But I mustn’t forget the other side of Matt…. He is one tough negotiator! His advice on when to ‘push’, and when to accept offers was right on target. All three of the properties sold very quickly, one right at listing price, one slightly below, and one above. I couldn’t have been happier. In my opinion, Matt is the ultimate real estate agent: he loves his job, he is very personable, and he cares deeply for his clients. Thank you, Matt, for all you did for me!

The experts and people you meet through Matt are working individually but for us he is like a one package including all assets in this business.
