We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Matt Donau. We met with a couple of realtors before Matt, but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is honest and hands-on, and he really helped to take the pressure off of us. He is not only positive and practical but he has a total positive impact to anybody who believes in their dreams. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Matt walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and we thank Matt for that every day! We have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and we will surely recommend Matt to them! Matt also sold our Mother’s home few months ago and my husband brothers say the same good service they had experience with Matt.

We were more than happy with the service we received from Matt. We weren't even actively looking to move, but an opportunity came up that we just couldn't pass up. When purchasing our new home outside of town, Matt did his research on the market in the area. He was very knowledgeable about comparable homes and recent sales. He kept in touch and updated us daily with respect to any activity on the home we were interested in and also on any other sales in the area. Matt drove back and forth several times (an hour out of town) in order for us to view the property as much as we needed. When we knew that we were in a multiple offer situation, Matt guided us and also drove down to present our offer in person. We got the house! Then it was time to put our house on the market. Matt knew that we had to act quickly while the market was hot. He came up with a strategy, but was never pushy - the decisions were always up to us. Matt organized the photographer, came up with the write up, had the sign on our lawn in a matter of a couple of days! He even took several bags of our garbage (from purging) to put out at his own house for garbage day. Matt did an excellent job with promoting our property and always kept us informed of new showings immediately as they came in. We had several offers come in even before the offer viewing date and Matt guided us through the whole process. We sold our house in 4 days at well over the asking price - a price we thought we could only dream of getting! We're ecstatic and would definitely recommend Matt to everyone. Lauren & Jess Piette
