Would not think twice about telling everyone I know to call Mathieu when they are looking to list their existing home, buy a vacation or investment property, and/or looking to get into real estate for the first time. Every detail matters and he knows it! You will be taken care of, all of your questions will be answered and the process will be enjoyable and seamless.

We bought with Matt and his team in 2022 and sold with him in 2023 and were really happy with the whole experience. Matt's easy-going attitude made a stressful process much easier on all of us and his honesty and knowledge of the market made us feel we were in good hands. We worked with him over 18 months to find a place in a challenging market, but he never made us feel like we were unrealistic or wasting his time. Ultimately, we were able to find a place that we loved at a price we could afford, and sold our home for thousands more than we were expecting. His contacts, including the ones in his office, were professional and helpful and very responsive. Would buy and sell with him again, for sure.
