Matt exceeded my expectations. At the beginning, he assisted with and even provided some of the items for the staging of my home. He was present for every single showing of my home. He maintained a level of professionalism and perseverance for the full 2 months it took to sell my home. He followed up and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Matt to sell your home in the Vancouver area.

He warned us of potential pitfalls and suggestive alternatives when required. He was always present for the showings, inspections, visits which made the process substantially simpler. He took care of all the paper work, market research, strata red tape.<br /> When we sold our place, we essentially gave him the keys and he ran with it.<br /> We would recommend him without any qualms whatsoever.</p>

My partner and I had a great experience working with Matt as our realtor and we would definitely recommend him to family and friends. It was our first time selling a condo and he helped us through all the steps, gave us tips along the way, went over every form and explained the process throughout. He made it as easy as it can be when your making a big life change, handling small kids, working from home and dealing with all the ups and downs that come with being right in the middle of a pandemic. Matt was very no pressure but also ready to jump when we were. He even lent a hand moving furniture for photos and grabbed us a small jar of paint when we were pressed for time. The extra effort was so appreciated.
