My wife and I would like to thank Mary and her Team for the excellent work they did while selling our luxury home. It was very evident to us upon our first meeting with Mary how professional and knowledgeable she was in regards to selling higher end homes in the Niagara Falls region. We had our home for sale with a local small realtor for almost 3 months with one viewing. Mary had no issues with giving direction on we needed to do in preparation of the sale and the staging of the home. She provided all missing items required to properly and professionally stage our home for the sale. With no extra cost to us. Mary has a small elite team she deploys rapidly to get things moving to ensure the house was on the market quickly. Communication is a high priority in the process to insure my wife and I were advised on what was happening behind the scenes concurrently with the many viewing. Such as passing out information to the real estate world through her connections, highlighting our home to draw attention throughout Southern Ontario. Our home sale was professionally completed from cradle to grave. Pricing was precise and was held to throughout the process. Advice was available upon request to help guide us along.
