Mary really knows the Kitchener Waterloo region and the housing history here. We were looking specifically for a house in the core, which by necessity meant an older house. We found Mary to be incredibly knowledgeable about all the quirks of houses like those and she knew exactly what to look for and was able to offer us her expert advice. We never felt pressured, rushed, or stressed at ANY point in the process and ended up with a home we absolutely adore. Mary always made time for us, and patiently answered our many many questions along the way. Mary and Riley are professional, highly responsive, and considerate. Since I wasn't able to view properties in person, they took videos for me and answered all my questions promptly. Mary also gave good suggestions on the offering price which helped me to save money. In addition, they took care of my new home for three weeks after closing as I couldn't move in immediately. Mary is a wonderful real estate agent. I am a first-time homebuyer and Mary walked me through the process and was extemely patient with answering all of my questions (and there were a lot of them). Mary has extensive knowledge of the real estate market and her awesome negotiating skills are what got me my house. She is truly a professional at what she does.
