Martin has represented us on several occasions, as our realtor for the purchase our home previously and more recently, the purchase of our cabin! He was absolutely phenomenal in both of these transactions, including being able to negotiate an excellent price for both of these purchases and always being willing to provide his valuable feedback on any properties we viewed with him. Additionally, we certainly appreciated Martin’s strong communication skills, timely replies and extremely personable nature. Martin was very forthcoming with what was required for our house when it came to presentation and pricing being a fellow numbers man martin was knowledgeable of market trends, volume of sales in the neighborhoods and was able to make calculated decisions on where to move forward based on the information in a challenging market, highly reccomend him for his professionalism, character and transparency.
