Martin is an amazing realtor. He helped us buying our first house in Canada in a very difficult seller’s market. He educated both my wife and me in the process of showing 40+ houses so that we have a total understanding of criteria, availability, and prevailing rates in the market so that we could form our own opinion and choice. He never pushed any of our decisions but very smartly guided us that felt very authentic coming from a knowledgeable consultant who wished only our best. In a sellers market he went extra miles and persuaded the buyer to close an open bidding in a single day whereas they were willing to continue getting offers for 3 more days. He is simply awesome in what he does. On my request he also introduce me to a great mortgage advisor who helped me traverse through my first Canadian mortgage with ease and comfort. Not only during the purchase, Martin kept supporting me in all my post purchase questions for maintaining my house. Personally, being a very choosy and analytical buyer, I could not ask more from my realtor. He understood and respected our thought process and helped us make our own decisions.
