As first time home buyers, we really didn’t know what we were doing. Martin was really friendly, took the time to listen to what we wanted and what we were flexible on. He was willing to travel to the small towns we were looking in and was very professional. Martin took the time to point things out that we maybe wouldn’t have even thought to notice. Had great advice for things that needed a bit of tweaking, how to fix/ upgrade. Martin was very responsive and always friendly, and really helped us so much through the pretty stressful process of searching for and buying a house. We definitely recommend Martin.
