Marta was honest and gauged our expectations properly throughout the entire process of selling our 2 properties and helping my husband and I buy our first home together. She was very hands on when it came to the staging of our homes and getting them ready for sale. I feel that we got the absolute best price for our condos - almost double of what we had each bought for initially! Most importantly, had it not been for Marta, we would never have scored our dream home. It was sold conditionally by the time we put an offer in, so we felt pretty defeated at that point, but a few short days later, Marta followed up just to make sure that it had in fact sold and it turned out that it was just about to get back on the market! We immediately put in an offer and were the happy new owners of our forever home by the end of the day. Had it not been for her thoroughness and impeccable follow-up skills, I don't know where we'd be today! I would recommend her services to anyone who wants to best real estate Agent working for them. She cares about each client and and does everything she can to bridge the gap between their vision and making it a reality. Highly recommend!

Marta is very professional real estate agent and same time very natural human being which understands or will try her best to accommodate clients’ needs. Calm and patient in whole process of organizing sale or purchase. Always responding to phone calls, texts and emails. Will try to find help when such is needed e.g. recommending mortgage brokers, lawyers, movers and even renovation experts. Positive, encouraging, always fir her client(s). Im happy that she helped me find my new place to live.
