I sold and purchased with Marlon and it was nothing but a great experience. He was very attentive to my needs as an elderly person. He explained everything in great detail but also simple enough for me to understand. When it came to negotiating on the sale of my penthouse, he was able to generate multiple offers and I sold it for what I wanted and more! When it came to purchasing my new home, Marlon was able to negotiate an amazing deal with me getting GST and parking included in my purchase along with 2 years of strata fees covered!
