I dealt with lots for realtors before but Marlise is definitely a Realtor++. Let's start with the duty of care, she was in nooooo rush "like others" to just seal the deal, she made sure we found what we are looking for, paying the right price, helping with everything needed, in other words she made our life easy. I’ve been wanting to write this review for a while but life has been so hectic that I’m only just getting to it now. We recently had the pleasure of working with Marlise Alves, to sell our commercial building, and we couldn't be more impressed and so thankful.
