Best realtor ever! This is not the first time I have used Mark as a realtor both experiences were awesome hands-down I would recommend Mark

Housing market is very slow right now and it is very hard to sell in this buyers market. So, my friend refer me to Mr. Mark Verzyl. So I called Mark and he showed confidence he could sell it quicker and within a month. We sold it to the first showing, at just 9K under list price. I can't thanks Mark enough for his amazing service. This is an example, why it is so important to use a professional realtor who knows very well how to deal in this market. Anyone can help to buy a house but to sell need someone who have top knowledge and skills. I hope not to move again for a long time, but when I do, it's Mark that I will call for sure. Highly recommend Mark Verzyl.

By far the best experience I have ever had dealing with a realtor , Mark is not only professional but was extremely knowledge throughout the whole process.. Outstanding only begins to describe Mark. Mark Verzyl is an outstanding realtor to work with. And those are the truest words I can say.... WORK WITH. He is always available to answer a question and he’s honest with his opinion.
