<p>We met Mark Street in one open house. As a first-time home buyer, we didn't feel any pressure or stressed when we are looking a house. Mark gives advice, helps a lot of things that we don't know about buying a house. For me, He is the best realtor now in Grande Prairie.</p>

<p>Mark was great to deal with, his enthusiasm and great personality made it easy to work with him. The additional work he does, to bring current market prices and statistics to you, makes it easy to make informed decisions. The market information he gave us provided confidence in our price and allowed us to get exactly what we had hoped to get out of the sale of our home - in less than a week on the market. We also really appreciated the timeline he did up that outlined his plan to market our house and included important dates (like open houses and Facebook posts). On the buying side, Mark made sure we had explored several options before we finally decided to build. Even after we decided on a builder, he was still there to answer questions and make sure we were happy with our new dream home. Mark is an excellent realtor who will help you find your dream home too! <p>We were very happy working with Mark. He was personable, conscientious, professional, approachable and very friendly! We didn't feel any pressure working with him. He answers all our queries quick and in timely fashion. As a first time home buyers, he was very honest and laid out pros and cons about our plans and expectations. Very easy and funny guy!</p>

<p>Mark is AMAZING, he really knows his stuff!<br /> We've looked at 50+ houses an not once did he ever pressure us or get frustrated with us because we could not decided what we wanted! an he is always happy an smiling , And when it was really crunch time...3 hrs before rules change for buying a home in oct 2016 he made it happen! we had 3 hrs to get our offer in an accepted before it was to late an he made it happen!<br /> Mark's videos are also awesome he is always up to date with the latest info he thinks clients an future clients will benefit from it still always learning new things watching his videos..</p> <p>And after the sale is done an over mark does not stop there he checks in an sees how you are enjoying the new home.. he truly cares that you are happy all through the process of buying your home with him!</p> <p>i will be giving him a call in the future when we are ready to buy again :)</p>
